Stay Patient

Our partners serve many pets daily and they strive to be punctual for every appointment.

To help our partners give your pet their full attention during the home visit, we would be grateful if you could minimize distractions by postponing phone calls, texts, and other activities until after they are finished.

Stay Prepared

Please ensure you have all required documents and medical information available during your veterinary appointment.

Our partners want to make sure we address everything! Please list any questions you may have for a partner veterinarian ahead of the appointment.

Be Respectful

We value a respectful environment for our partners. Please treat them with the same courtesy you would extend in any professional setting.

To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we do not tolerate any form of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior towards our partners. Additionally, we request that you refrain from smoking inside your home during the appointment; please step outside if needed.

Be Honest

It's crucial to give your veterinarian truthful and current information regarding your pet's history, symptoms and behavior during any consultation.

Embrace Responsible Pet Care

Follow your vet's instructions precisely and be sure to give all medications and treatments as directed.

Your pet's health and well-being are our primary concern, and we are equally dedicated to ensuring the safety of our partners. Our partners may refuse service and end appointments or ongoing care if the environment is deemed unsafe.
